AR: How did you meet?
J: We met through work where we had similar jobs and worked by each other most of the day
B: we met working at Scott’s Miracle Gro. We had the same job on different teams so we were around each other a lot, but never really talked till one day we did and the rest is history!
AR: Tell us about your first date?
J: The Franklin park conservatory because plants and Brenna loves plants!
B: Our first official date was the Franklin park conservatory on New Years Eve, finished off with skyline chili
AR: How did your engagement happen?
J: I took her to the Charleston falls reserve and I asked her to marry me during the hike under a waterfall.
B: We went for a hike at Charleston falls nature preserve with our dog Duncan. While I was hold a bag of dog poop he told me to put it down and then he asked me to marry him in front of the falls!
AR: What do you remember most from your wedding day?
J: How happy everyone (especially me and B) was that day. It was nice to see emotions from people we don’t normally see emotions from.
B: standing in the door way of the house and seeing Jacob for the first time and being able to tell he could see me. Such a happy feeling that’s hard to explain!

She was a coordinator, a real life anxiety cure, a hair dresser during pictures & the reception, company that I truly enjoyed for the day, and of course, a wonderful photographer as well. She was with us throughout the whole day with no rush to hurry through anything & always making sure we were okay and getting the pictures we wanted. Joe & I truly do not know what we would’ve done without her on our big day. If you’re getting married, you absolutely have to hire her."
